This Sunday’s Rise From The Ashes benefit concert received a tremendous outpouring of support from the community and fellow kababayan organizations. Barangay Manitoba and the Philippine Heritage Council of Manitoba, Inc. (PHCM) attended the packed event to show their solidarity with our kababayan displaced by Taal volcano’s recent activity.

Commenting on social media, PHCM President Perla Javate stated, “Congratulations to the team behind last night’s fundraiser! Our talented artists and performers coming together for a cause makes us so proud of you!”
