PHCM wrapped up its year with a breakfast meeting at Mangkok International Cuisine. Officers and representatives of member-organizations were in attendance to take stock of the activities and accomplishments of the organization as the Year of the Water Tiger drew to a close.

Notable attendees were the representatives of the newly-active Filipino Manitoba Chapter – Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba led by its current president, Danica Limpahan. A new addition to the group was the Red River Mabuhay Club, a recently established organization of Filipino international students of Red River College.

Included in the agenda were the committee assignments for PHCM’s activities to celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2023.

“A real pleasure to have all of you at our AGM, representatives of our partner organizations that kept PHCM alive and vibrant for the last 19 going on twenty years,” PHCM President Perla Javate enthused on social media about the well-attended gathering. “The energy and enthusiasm you bring gave renewed inspiration to all of us. To all of you, Maraming Salamat! Enjoy the holidays! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!” she added.
